Refunds

Since our products are digital, all sales are final once the PDF file has been purchased and successfully downloaded. We do not offer refunds for completed purchases. However, we do understand that technical issues may arise. If you are unable to access or download the PDF, we may issue a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    • A refund will only be issued if the purchased PDF file is not accessible or downloadable.
    • Customers must provide proof of purchase when requesting a refund.
  2. How to Request a Refund

    • Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue you encountered.
  3. Processing Time
    • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your request.
    • You will receive a notification once your refund has been processed.

No Refund Fees

We do not charge any fees for processing refunds.
